What OCRS is

OCRS is a commercial, multi-tenant hosted application in which licensed residential providers record their licensed beds and their census, and an authorized oversight recipient reads current occupancy and available capacity across the facilities participating in its jurisdiction. OCRS is not a government system, is not operated by a government agency, and carries no government designation, endorsement or accreditation.

• Facility staff record bed configuration and submit the census.
• Provider and organization administrators oversee their own facilities and users.
• Authorized jurisdiction recipients read aggregated occupancy and capacity reporting.
• Evaluators use this documentation set to answer architecture and implementation questions without a sales meeting.

Service boundary

• In scope: bed configuration, census submission, validation, reporting history, occupancy and capacity reporting, extract generation and delivery to configured recipients, user and role administration, audit records.
• Out of scope: clinical records, treatment documentation, billing of care, eligibility determination, referral brokering and any clinical decision support.
• OCRS is not an electronic health record and is not a system of record for clinical care.

How to read this documentation set

Every document states its version, the date it was last reviewed, its owner, the product edition it applies to and its status. Only a document marked Approved is final. A document marked In Development has no content at all — an empty page is never published to make this navigation look complete.
